Some buyers may question the need for a home inspection, particularly if the home they are buying is fairly new.  Most inspections reveal unexpected deficiencies or shortcomings about the home.  In many cases, these issues are addressed in the contract negotiations, saving you the cost of repairs or replacement.  At the very least, you will prevent unwanted surprises after the closing.  
Our inspectors will take you through your new home, pointing out problem areas and educating you on the components of your new home.  But you won't have to take notes, because everything will be included in the written report. 

You can choose our standard report, which is delivered via email and includes numerous digital pictures as well as narrative statements explaining issues and suggested remedies. A Fine Point Inspection will assess the condition of most aspects of a home, including the exterior, roof, chimneys, basement and crawl space, attic, heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical, garage, interior, fireplaces and bathrooms and wood boring insects. This web-based report is issued within 24 hours of the inspection. The narrative style report clearly conveys the concerns and makes recommendations for improvements.
